Returns & Exchange
Return Policy
Customers have the option to return their order within 7 days of receiving the delivery. You can initiate a return request from the orders page in your account.- Products from the Clearance Sale are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Any discounted products are not eligible for return.
- We may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. If you have received a defective product, send us images at suport@identityclothes.com and we will get back to you.
Exchange Policy
1 Eligibility for ExchangeWe accept exchanges only in the following cases:

Wrong size or improper fit

Product received in damaged condition
To qualify for an exchange, the product must meet these conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact and returned with the product

The request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery

Products that have been washed, worn, altered, or damaged due to misuse

Items without original tags or packaging

Sale, discounted, or clearance items (unless received in damaged condition)

Contact us at support@identityclothes.com with your order details and reason for exchange.

Once approved, ship the product back to us at the address provided.

After inspection, we will process the exchange and send you the replacement product.

If the exchange is due to a wrong size/fit selection, the customer bears the return shipping charges.

If the exchange is due to product damage or a mistake from our side, we will bear the shipping cost.
All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our quality team. If the returned product does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to decline the exchange.
