Return Policy
Customers have the option to return their order within 7 days of receiving the delivery. You can initiate a return request from the orders page in your account.
  • Products from the Clearance Sale are not eligible for returns or exchange.
  • All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Any discounted products are not eligible for return.
  • We may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. If you have received a defective product, send us images at suport@identityclothes.com and we will get back to you.
We have a reverse pick-up facility for most pin codes. For pin codes that are non-serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick-up policy, you will have to ship the product(s) to the below-mentioned address: Vedant Enterprises A-8, Sunrise CHS, Plot No 84, Shivganga Nagar, Ambarnath (E) – 421501. Whats App on: +91 8484075748 Please Note: The customer won’t be charged at the time of pick-up. Please refuse to pay if the pickup person asks for it and declines to hand over the package. After receiving the items in the expected condition, the order amount will be refunded via the same payment method within 15 business days.
Exchange Policy
1 Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Wrong size or improper fit

  • Product received in damaged condition

2 Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, the product must meet these conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact and returned with the product

  • The request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery

3 Non-Exchangeable Items
  • Products that have been washed, worn, altered, or damaged due to misuse

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items (unless received in damaged condition)

4 Exchange Process
  1. Contact us at support@identityclothes.com with your order details and reason for exchange.

  2. Once approved, ship the product back to us at the address provided.

  3. After inspection, we will process the exchange and send you the replacement product.

5 Shipping Costs
  • If the exchange is due to a wrong size/fit selection, the customer bears the return shipping charges.

  • If the exchange is due to product damage or a mistake from our side, we will bear the shipping cost.

6 Final Decision

All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our quality team. If the returned product does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to decline the exchange.
